Edited version of Add004 Tag Lifebar,allowin jumping tag in
Commands
y+a is assist
y+a forward or back is change
Z+B is change/tag in Attack costs 250 power
c+z is hyper tag cancel where if you have 500 power and managed to land a super to opponent you can call in partner to do a super by pressing c+z
Credits

Shiyo Kakuge(For Wonderful Tag System)
Requires to have Anim 640 as Air Attack

Your Lucy's DP+Kick move is EX only for some reason, and Buntaro still doesn't lose meter when using EX moves.

His FX were changed to Vyn's,Tİme Breaker(Time Stop Move) from Vyn's Evil Ryu has been added along with other changes.

About Lynn, what is the voices source? I don't remember any english voice for her.
That english voice is from CvTW.
