Well, here is our cunning plans about characters.
If you want- write your ideas.

Characters roster:
-"THEY AND ONLY THEY!!!!-Capcom..."- Ryu, Ken, Adon, Sagat, Gen.
-"Well,  they was in another games...-Capcom"- Birdie, Eagle,
-"Who are they?- Capcom"- Joe, Mike, Retsu, Geki, Lee. And yes, Lee is last in all list because I really don't understand him!

About the characters well we need complete the sprites of the characters, david is completing the sprites of Joe and he have plans to complete the rest but everybody is welcome to help with that.
And well my friend chucho is making new sprites of Geki at least he said.

Actually Lee has some moves of Yun and Yang or I want say Yun and Yang has some moves of Lee, but is very posible that add more moves of Yun and Yang even a special intro with them.

It will be mine Joe. Even his story. If CAPCOM don't use him- I WILL USE. AND I WILL MAKE HIM REAL, but fan CHARACTER OF "STREET FIGHTER" UNIVERSE!

Yeah I like that concept even I was thinking at least one special intro by character, in the past I made one special intro of Joe vs Mike representing the intro of Street Fighter 2 The World Warrior, Joe punch the face of Mike's and other with Mike punch the face of Joe's for not dropped in the concept of Joe always win like Sub-zero vs Scorpion with in all intros win Scorpion  :wall: . I will making the special intro with Eagle and in the next update of Birdie you can see looks like :). About Adon vs Sagat the special intro of SFZ3 will be fine. Gen vs Lee in need to think as looks good and in the next update you will see looks like, and for Geki vs Retsu good vs Evil concept will be fine?

Well, about Retsu:
My proto-move set:
 -Kohoken- his fireball. I only think he will fly full leingh. HE MUST BE BETTER THAN DAN!
     -Ex version- anim like usual Hadoken. Flame. 2 hits.
 -Counter- both types- standing and crouching. As in original- SMASH!!!!
     -EX Counter- he takes both types at same time. Maybe wall-bounce.
 -Of course hic caconic Diving Kick.
 -Something like Hyakki Shuu.
Supers:
 -Kohoken series.
     -Just three fireballs.
     -MAX version- well, he remembered about second hand. Three Shtakunetsen Kohoken's.
 -Grab type move. Well, like's Gouken's throw; smash into floor and then kick.
     -MAX version- Second Gounen's throw. When enemy begins to fall, Retsu jumps, grab opponent in air and when he will touch the floor- SMASH!!!! He will bounce higher, and then Retsu make something like this: http://youtu.be/8wks1GrqTFo?t=1m59s (http://youtu.be/8wks1GrqTFo?t=1m59s)
LVL 3 Super: just Falchion's combo Super.

I don't think Retsu should use energy to attack with. He should be able to perfectly control inertia. If someone throws a fireball at him he should be able to rechannel it's direction. Even super fireballs. Being able to control an object's inertia would give him great defensive and offensive capabilities. Giving him lots of counter techniques and the ability to make his on inertia more potent as needed.

Also, I don't know if you are using a base or not for your Joe. If you're not that's some pretty good work. But they just look really jumpy and such. Please do not read my feedback as an attack or negative. Several of those attacks are quite similar to the attacks Sean has made for the other SF project. Wouldn't it be easier to edit his work into a more acceptable looking Joe that you imagine?

I use KoF Joe Higashi.
He in KoF just much better than CvS in many things.
Like stance. I really prefer KoF variant!
And hits. Sometimes it's open to me new ideas for attacks. Like "Dash Eblow". (All right, it's simulat to Mai's move, so what?) Or new EX-version of "Gut Punch". Well, "G.P." is itself new...
And also... One little thing... What about special intros between our Joes?

A special intro shouldn't be too hard to make after they are both finished. After I got the template for the project: Ryu, finished I was considering tweaking Joe a bit for universal MUGEN in POTS/infinite style just for kicks anyway.

Well I like the Mike's Chuchoryu but is some disproportionate his arms and his head, if you believe can make Mike like your Joe go for him my friend.

All right.
Mine vacation from Mugen is over and now I returning to work with Joe.
Plans:
-"BOWA kick" now will be just a short-ranged special kick with command "Forward+C". His control of "Knockdown distance" still will be. It something like: "if you was far enough from enemy- he will stand and you will have a chanse to do a combo-hit. If you was close enough- it will be knockdown".
-One of mine friends from Russia said, that Joe love to press the enemy to the wall. And now I'll think about super move, that can upgrade this ability. I also think about "anti-press" move, is enemy pressing Joe.
-Yes, Ghost's unblockable low kick will be. And it's also usual move. All, what I need- is legs, that I can use. I want to use something close to this anim.

Don't bad understand me my friend I only said that you made a hard work on Joe and don't feel demotivated or something for continue the spriting on him independently if the sprites of Seantly with the edit on the hair is on the project :P

Thanks. If bo be honest, I also want to change a type of stance fron dat dance into jumping on feets (Like Shotoclones).
And thanks god, to short his haircut is easy, because there close to every sprites 2 points of look on it. There is just need to know "How to copy" and "How tp paste". but I'm sure I'll see something really different.

I never used Macromedia Flash 8 but if you wanna transparency in one sprite only need to check what is the last color in the sprite and this color apply in the zone that you want the transparency, I usually use photoshop or fighter factory, if you wish could you send me the sprite/s and I can apply without problem :)

Ps: Usually fighter factory and fighter factory 3, invert the order of the colors of the sprites.

Yeah png is a format little capricious, bmp is easy to work even in paint, I applied the custom combo to Sagat now is totally Pots character (the only way that was secure, moving all sprites, anims, etc to a Pots char) soon I will share only need to add small details like win quotes, etc. And if you need help just tell me :)

About portrait... Well, there isn't much images of scarless Sagat. So, use his artwork from SF1. Or search on DeviantArt for any picture. Maybe there exists some good variant. As last variant, try to edit any another image os scared (From SCAR word).

Ans no. I think Adon and Joe will not be there good. Adon is too flexible. Even slighty crooked. With Joe here is more problems- he is just the opposte (not enough flexible), need to make a closer to original stance and difference in drawing style... Os CvS, but I'm not a fan of him in CvS.

Now, just because I want it, how about a discussion of ideas about specials of Retsu? Here is mine concept of him (I planed to make him before you said YOU makes him...):
-Of course Gadoken. But he must fly a full lenght. Yeah, he must be stronger, than Dan.
---About super-hadoken... There is 3 ideas:
-----Falchion's concept (3 fireballs. most unpreferable by me).
-----Usual concept (Shinkuu Gadoken. But again, not vanishing after a meter of flying.)
-----Just opened concept (Give us a work. Haoh Gadoken. Even Hadou Birst. Well, two-hand hadoken. Somewhy most preferable by me.).
-Of course ability to counter-hit. In Takuma style. But I need to watch Marco's sprites for that.
-Well, it's SOOOO attractive idea to amke him an usual AoF Karate-guy, but no... He must have something from SF. And I think about Huakki Shuu (I can to be wrong with name, but you understood...). the problem is sprites- Marco don't have an Somesault jump. So, I think we will make in slighty different. Now, just because I want it, how about a discussion of ideas about specials of Retsu? Here is mine concept of him (I planed to make him before you said YOU makes him...):
-Of course Gadoken. But he must fly a full lenght. Yeah, he must be stronger, than Dan.
---About super-hadoken... There is 3 ideas:
-----Falchion's concept (3 fireballs. most unpreferable by me).
-----Usual concept (Shinkuu Gadoken. But again, not vanishing after a meter of flying.)
-----Just opened concept (Give us a work. Haoh Gadoken. Even Hadou Birst. Well, two-hand hadoken. Somewhy most preferable by me.).

I didn't make yet Retsu for the sprites problem and effects, anyway if you wanted make Retsu you could told me, specially because you have more skills spriting than me, I choosed Retsu and Geki because you were working on Joe and Mike.
About the moveset I agree with City_Hunter some moves need to based on Kenpo
-For fireball I like with the two hands too.
-Counter is ok.

I stoped Retsu because you began him. So, why do I need to work, if you are will do the same?
Well, as I understod, Retsu's Kenpo is... Well... Yeah, I need more info. As far as I know he can have a grabs like Judo (I hope I wrote it right...). So, here is concepts:
-Or a grab move. But it will be slighty hemorroical thing, even because of sprites.
-Well, I think for retsu can be also good something like Fireball redirect.
And, you know... Lets make our work like that:
-I'll edit Marco's sprites you need. Then YOU make Retsu itself. Oh, and CS... OK?
I just think these Marco sprites became a JUST PERFECT Retsu's sprites...

As I understood from this videos S.Kenpo os Self-defence style.
So, Retsu must have a lot of parries, counters and, if to be honest, defencive AI itself. And there is must to be a lot of grab follow-ups for counters (what is impossibe because of sprites). I think about this scheme: (Still need to work on it...)

I like the new Joe sprites, but if I may make a suggestion, why don't you add Pepe's arm animations to the sprites, and edit them a bit to make the stance look a bit more natural, because I think that Joe's arm would move a bit more if he were standing, IMO.

Other than that, those new Joe sprites look great, especially his walking sprites. :)

I like the new Joe sprites, but if I may make a suggestion, why don't you add Pepe's arm animations to the sprites, and edit them a bit to make the stance look a bit more natural, because I think that Joe's arm would move a bit more if he were standing, IMO.

Other than that, those new Joe sprites look great, especially his walking sprites. :)

About animation- I dislikes his original animation. Looks like he want to fi_ick someone.
Also new stance body isn't from stance sprites. Sooo...

The head looks strange with different skin tone

edit: which i'm trying to say is to apply the palette to the head

looks great! i would make his hair bounce up and down a bit, but thats okay! It looks fantastic.

Some tech problems.
So, I'll work with Bison later. Now I'll make some sprites for Mike.
