Bug I found while playing:

- Doing Mr.Bigs super (Blaster Wave), I got hit and the helper stayed and followed him getting hit.

Ok, I tried the update and I see you added the dash cancel. I'm sorry and I don't wanna seem like an ass or anything, but I meant during the charge of the move and not the shooting itself.. In cross Tekken, you can charge certain specials moves and when fully charged, they allow meterless supers. being able to dash cancel out of the charge (and the charge only) gave them mix up options like faking Ryu shooting a hadouken, or in Jins case, faking out shooting penetrating fist. Don't gotta update if ya don't feel like, but I just wanted to clear up what I meant, since you did seem to go through the trouble of adding some kind of dash cancel from the looks of it.


Also, no worries about the response thing. I'm sure we understand, do your thing!




That being said, being able to dash cancel out of a hit confirm is kinda neat, so I dig that at least.

Little bit of feedback:

- Last hit of EX spinning lancer whiffs at a certain distance in the corner.

- California Drum is a typo in the read me (its Qcf(x2), but in the readme it says qcf qcb)

- On block, some of his moves feel a bit too safe (crouching MK and HK come to mind, and any version of Crazy Drum).

- EX Cross Diving has this launch, but no real thing to do with it (don't have to change it, I'd just have it so you can do a super when landing or something to juggle after it, that's just me tho).

EDIT: LOL nvm, you have one in full screen.

- One thing i'd do is that for the config, maybe edit some of the frame data to fit the style better.

Example: what you got for chains is fine, but without chain combos (CvS like style), he barely has any combos/links (the most I found was close HK > LP > DP and thats like a 1-2 frame, and a combo with a close fireball).

He feels limited without chains, and I think it would be a nice thing to give him. But that's up to you honestly, cause he seems to have decent damage and juggles from what he has already (in my opinion, at least). So if ya want, maybe for future releases or whatever, just a thought considering there may have been chars in the past with this issue.

Otherwise, gotta say.... I kinda dig this char. Wish ya the best.

Hey is Captain Jose from Ninja Baseball Bat Man going to be in this project as well? I remember you posting a video of him doing combos a while back

Captain Jose is a separate thing all together. Who knows if I'll add him to the project or not (or even get to finish him... we can only hope).

Honestly, I don't think you really needed to add so much push back to it. Now some of the links he had with Cr. MP don't work which killed some of his combos. You can still link into MK (thank god), but his Cr. MP had more follow ups to it. Any reason why? And no addition to dash cancel penetration fist, do you feel it doesn't fit with how you wanted your Jin to play like? Just curious.

Little Feedback:

- EX Penetration Fist whiffs the second fireball when close in the corner.

- EX Median Line Destruction feels awkward in the corner, like trying to connect something after it feels real off (prolly some velocity stuff in the corner).

- A dash cancel would be nice to add for charging penetration fist to give mix up options (plus was a neat feature in cross tekken).

- B + MP is hella minus, any reason for that?


I'm prolly missing more things to note, but neat stuff anyways. Oh, and here's a lil' somethin', hope ya don't mind.

In all seriousness though, Gknux is also working on a Sonic and I'm just down to see what move sets you guys each come up with. Sonic offers a lot of versatility when a lot of his actions involve curling up into a ball.

Oh, that's cool! Didnt know that :p

I hope REV 2 sonic is ok if released. I basically kept many of his CvTW elements but with new features and adjustments to fit this game, as well as some other ideas from some sonic games n stuff. He'll be rushdown heavy with some mix up ideas (at least thats how I see it for now, who knows what will happen...)

Now I know it seems pretty damn soon, especially since I just released Lord Ravenous, but that's what happens when you have things on the shelf for so long and have awful confidence. As I work on said confidence, I got a pal template for ya ,as well as a lil' combo thingy.    - Removed duplicate pal
   - Gave shotgun blast 1 more frame of start up
   - Made shotgun blast hitdef trigger based on animelem (not !time)
   - Added hitspark and hitsounds to flies
   - Fixed Epic intro sounds
   - Added landing sounds to bounce custom state (in char only)

Yeah, I've been really liking what you've done with Ravenous. He feels a lot tighter to control and offers so much in comboability.

You know, between what you've done with Wesker and Ravenous, what Nep Heart has done with Haruhi, and what Infinite is currently doing with Kuando, I hope we see a new trend of re-coding well-sprited but old and/or flawed characters and giving them new life.

Thank you. And yeah, I've had the idea of converting a buncha different characters in my little project/style for years. I just never had the guts to fully do it and realize it until recently.
