well i now stop the creation about anime chars.
i work new in the 8 bits character,only wait the kinnikuman (muscleman) sheet or a good emulator with I rip the game  ;P

tigermask  can you please tel me what number I should put it on to resize him to his original JUS please.  I love his gameplay but I would like to include him in my personal chibi mugen

i think its .6 on yscale and xscale
but .5 looks more better

tigermask first time seen your char
and i saw kilua

0.5x is original jus scale but if you can recize my char you need move the sparks and efects too

easy

for example in the hitdef:

sparkxy = -20, -40  you can  change the second number -40 to half -20 or more -10
and the first number too.

in the case of explod and helper you can make the same and:

put this:

scale = 0.5,0.5



with this you can make my character in 1x scale

thankz tiger mask it worked.  DOn't want to sound annoying but, how can I do that for your previous chars, such as renamon and veemon.  How can I rezize them to original size and fix their effect and sparks?

OKAY ! So feedback here is about the size of the character... NICE !!!

- Supers give back power.
- Stop using Fighter Factory's automatic tool to make the CLSN boxes. Just look at how ugly the stance CLSN are.
- Infinite priority on all the moves, but since it's a sword, it can make sense.
- Kuzu ryu zen doesn't remove any life during training, but that's not important at all.
- I believe Ryu son sen should make the opponent fall down at the end of the hits.

Good implementation of Amakakeru ryu no Hirameki, that's how it's supposed to be. :) I liked The Disciple X idea to use a vortex sprite if it was blocked though.
And at least, it shows you know the manga, since Kuzu ryu zen does 9 hits, contrary to @ndroide's version. :P
Overall, not too bad given the material you had. I'd like an alternative CNS to be able to use him in chibi version, but that's your call.

Great work^^ It´s a character which I should do too. Neither of my chars where related to Rurouni Kenshin. Wish best of luck with newer works^^
