Kool! Haggar Update! Gotta be patient with your edits. Especally the grapplers. Check my response on the mugen video thread if you havent already.
If it's about any fixes then I gotchu. I more or less know the functionality of how these character play, I just have a process of how I do things. I released what you have now soley because someone had asked me to & people were just taking my incomplete edits out of my ikemen & sharing them.

1. Add FX
2. Add System(That's the six, dodge, roll, parry etc)
3.Add new normals(if exists) ex moves(Now this is the part where as I had said before for characters I personally don't play they'll get a standard treatment of like faster start-up, more hits, etc. For grapplers specifically some invulnerable frames, armor, or whatever I usually think of something varies by character. "Unless" of course if you the user would like them to have something specific it's something we can discuss & you'd have to be willing to put in on it aka help out with more than a suggestion.)
4.If necessary, for the majority of the kof characters. I speed them up. These are the one's that take the most time. Faster/smoother animation times(See Ivy for example) I'm not "simply" doing a small edit of fx though that's what most of you may see idk. That megaman took me fucking forever to get how I wanted & I'm sure most of you don't even notice the smaller changes I've made. P.S(No readme's from me. Too lazy at the moment)
5. Adjust every weakness for a strength(Super armor & priority are the main things I want to establish. I find it extremely annoying when a normal jab stops a super, or a grappler doesn't dominate up close(Think SF4 Zangief).
6. I've been looking into giving everyone a second lvl 3 that lacks them. Why? Because I want all the kof neo-maxes. If anyone can help with that, that would be tight. Yup expect some custom supers these are not going to all be game accurate characters. If I could frankensprite, Joe would be having that XIII for sure about now as well as the rest of the lot.
They will come, no promises for anything soon. Busy with life as well & I will be more so soon. If it weren't for my passion of fighting games I would have never continued this honestly. Lucky for you guys though I am. Don't be fooled I know it seems like a lot of characters I've finished, but majority remain in stage 3 until I get motivated to continue to the next step. I at least work on one character a day if I can usually before I go to sleep. *yes dedication.
