So I used EvilDarkStorm by Big Eli King.

I changed up some of his sounds and made new palletes.

I changed his icon and Portrait also.

Why didn't you changed more things on this character? Like the hitsparks, specials & supers. Not like this palete swap? Don't be like some fake ass leechers.
