So should I numb it down, or is it plausible enough?[/quote]i like your colors , you do have bit much shadow on the face but if ya want just brighten it a bit on the left same light as on the right but just close to left side eye and cheek add one tone darker than lighter shade. notice how terry has darker shade on face under brim of hat with head lowerd, you have no hat and hea. d raised so your shade shoud be brighter and do same for the feet and maybe side hair . just my thoughts but its a cool cvs lookin self sprite bro heck i should make me one! lol

lol, could be or something else. lol idkbut what i was showing may not be the on spot cvs rule but i shaded the face according to the direction of how the light flows, just like in your avy. the face is lighted not darkend when light is shown on it. kinda lining it up with the way it is on pants to top. sorry if this way is i did it is considered wrong. my bad.

I some sprites I've seen the depth of field is exaggerated.
So I took a sprite from Batman and Robin for SNES, far from finished, but I wanted some input, this is my first time doing this so the feedback will certainly help, I scaled him in correspondence to CVS2 Ken, so he's a tad taller as he should be, so far what I've done is altered the colours, added some highlights, and started removing a lot of the very thick, dark outlines from the original sprite by erasing/redrawing parts.
a bit F' ed up but eh, I'll work on fixing itand a Goku Sprite, everything was drawn expect for the Shoto Arms due to me being lazy@C-G-UI honestly can't say alot since its not finished, I guess you could work on making those legs look less "squiggly" I'll try to give actually feedback when its more complete
