Heads up that in less than a week from now (Feb. 19th), training tower stamina cost will be doubled.

-The amount of stamina required to play maps in the training tower will be cut in half.
-The amount of stamina required to equip skills will be reduced to 0.
-During the campaign period, you’ll receive a special one-time log-in bonus of 10 stamina.

I just tried this game for the first time today and my very first roll gave me a 5-star Takumi, which the internet is telling me is ridiculously overpowered.  Is that a common thing to get or did I accidentally stumble ass-backwards into the strongest character in the game right out of the gate?
Definitely a good pull! I don't have Takumi (close counter), but I do have Hector (distant counter / also got him on my first few rolls). They definitely make things a lot easier with how the AI acts.

I find waiting for the badge rotations to be bearable. One day of playing through the training tower only should give you plenty enough badges/great badges for the specific type you need (without using stamina potion). With a stacked team, you'll get a good amount of great badges playing through Lunatic. I'd focus on finishing the story on all difficulties for orbs though so you can roll for potential 5*s if you don't have a fairly good team yet.

Have you guys raised a hero from 4*s to 5 yet? Was wondering if they gained access to their 5* weapon or if it was just a stat boost with maybe higher growth rates?

They do. If you check out the skill list on a 4*, their 5* weapon/skills will be locked until they hit that *rating.

Ah, I just chimed in to share whatever I knew about the sound issue. My bad if it sounded anti 1.1.

No harm in using both. I prefer 1.0, but there are cool 1.1 exclusive releases out there so it's worth also keeping a 1.1 roster too.

I'm certain they do. If you lower the fade in and fade out transitions, you'll notice the cutoff. So if you have a more drawn out sound, you'll have to make the transitions longer to capture the full thing.

I prefer 1.0 for simplicity and some reasons stated already. I do have a 1.1 roster only for things made with 1.1 in mind. There are a lot of cool things that shouldn't be missed.

Anyhow, not that into ReShade at all, and I'm not interested in fixing the issues that come with porting older characters over, so I'll be primarily sticking to 1.0.

As I mentioned in my CS thread, I'm working on POTS' Nakoruru atm. Although, I had to cut out the custom healing effect colors since the CS is a little extensive. Debating whether I should keep the healing effect colors on a separate palette alone (making it green by default) or for it to share with her special move effects that way the colors can still be changed.

Still accepting palettes. I thought I'd get it out here before I delay it any longer. However, she still needs to be updated with the original and vigor palettes. If anyone wants to convert the original palettes, that would be cool, as I'm currently busy working on separating POTS' Nakoruru. :)

I'll be making around six of my own excluding the default palette. There was one other palette contributed, so around 4. Any amount will help though. I'm just shooting for the standard 12 before releasing the patch.
