High res bars would look better with high-res portraits

Wait so each form will be separate character ? I thought you will go for transformations snce that throw glitch is fixed in Mugen 1.0 It could be cool to have transformable characters done in right way.

I don't understand your order layout on the select screen. Why not put the 3 Gokus on the same line or column ?

It's simple indeed, but I like it too. I'd prefer having HR small portraits though, as it kinda clashes with the rest of the select screen to use LR sprites at double scale.

Animated portraits, stage selection with images, odly shaped small portraits.
I'll aways love what Bardock was doing with his old screenpack : all big portraits contained in fact the small portraits of the other chars in black and white, and portraits cycled in placement. So each time you moved from a char to another, you had the impression the dragon had rotated :
Now just implement the gif animation in the background and a sprite of the char, like before, and it's done.
Trunks' small portrait comes from Budokai Tenkaichi 2, while the others come from renders, maybe you should use an unique portrait style, that's my suggestion.

Perhaps you could have the dragon balls on the energy meter change while corresponding to the energy levels? Like the dragon ball becomes the third one when you have 3 energy stocksIdk that'd be a little excessive imo, plus what's the point if it doesnt go up to 7? :P
it's not meant to be seen, it's just there to kill that small space, I got turns and teams worked out, I made the portraits a little bigger too;
