My first attempt at editing a mugen character.I thought i should share it here as someone might be interested in this character and edit it further in a better version.

What is edited:

Re-added missing normal moves and re-allocated commands
Added Medium strength versions of Shakunetsu hadoken, Shoryuken, Kurekijin and Ryusokiyaku
Re-allocated commands for Light, Medium and Heavy versions of special moves
Commands for EX special moves changed
Added parry
Added dodge
Changed power to 3000
Shinshoryuken now requires 2000 power
Misogi now requires 1000 power
V-reversal now requires 1000 power
Adjusted chains for combos
Added command for shinku hadoken
Tweaked AI
Tweaked properties of EX air kurekijin
Tweaked damage of normal and special moves
Fixed some sound issues
Miscellaneous tweaks here and there
New Pals

Works best on mugen 1.1 (also works on 1.0 with some graphics issues)

Competitive MUGEN when?

Here's a bit of feedback I've got:
1. Back Ashura Senku can be cancelled out of before he moves back which can be annoying when trying to dash away. Forward Senku doesn't have this.
2. Zugaihasatsu can be chained infinitely if mashed properly because of the lack of knockback and frame advantage. (Edit: Vid: https://streamable.com/mhcg1k)
3. Shoryuken should be F, D, DF instead of F, D, DF, F.
4. I may suggest swapping the Hadoken and Shoryuken Supers around. It's weird seeing a Shinku Hadoken being done with kick buttons.

Very nice of you to update though. Feels more balanced compared to the other versions around.
