Some character portraits is look like this in the picture encircled with red circle when running in mugen. Can somebody help me to fix this portrait problems.

was it it like htat originally or did you try and change the portrait? looks like an indexed problem.

I changed the portrait in my KOF_Fio char using Fighter Factory, but when the portrait was changed it looks weird.

Can somebody resolve this problem??
