Title: Making Persona 5 Cut-ins

Hello. This is not really a problem. Simply put, this is just my little inquiry.
This is Blake and Weiss created by k6666orochi. What surprises me here is that he made a Persona cut-in for both characters and they were really cool. Wondering how to make these cut-ins is the first thing I wanna know. And second, If I want to make a cut-in that include the WHOLE animation, does that mean I have to make it frame-by-frame ? Is there any program or so-called generator that can automatically do the job instead of we manually editing them one by one ?
