Thanks! :) actually that's the idea, everybody make chars CVS, SVC, KOF, SF3 etc...style, but nobody makes a SF2 sprite style new chars, so, my idea is making a new full game called, Super Street Fighter 2 Plus, with new moves, a balanced gameplay and new characters that fits with SF2 style.

I had a similar idea about 5 years ago, but life intervened. I was planning to make a full game based on SF2, using other 16-bit/Arcade looking characters, like those from Final Fight. I started making a few, but was never able to fine tune them, which is what really separates mediocrity from greatness. Your creations, sir, are great.
This Ryo works fine for my needs. My favorites, however, are your first Evil Three!
My recommendation for next character is not Guile, actually. I think you should make him last, after you have learned everything you can from making all the previous characters. Then you can make Guile your magnum opus. For your next character, I recommend Dhalsim. I hate Dhalsim, but maybe you can make him cool. :)

You mean the one that looks like it could be in a KOF game? No, I'm aware of that one.
I meant based on the sprites from the most recent game, mentioned above. Well, I hope someone makes it.

This char plays great. But I noticed a problem with the sprite priority. Sometimes another character is layered "over" Vega, but not over the claw, so it seems like there's a random claw appearing out of that char. Maybe there's a way to even the sprpriority so the claw doesn't appear when another char is over Vega. THEN AGAIN, I've only tried the winmugen version. I don't know if this is an issue in 1.0.

Notice how Taki looks in this pic. Her shoulders are squared, not diagonal. She is not so hunched over that the shadow forms on her abdomen. Her back is pretty straight. Her gaze is over her left knee, which is pretty straight. Her right knee should be facing slightly away, not inward. She should look as if she could lunge away (after tossing a smoke bomb, of course).

The shading could be better. Try for smoother, less intense gradation.

About the boobs, they should only move like that when jogging, not in the semi-static stance that Taki should have.

Taki's stance should not resemble Mai, probably more like Vice, if anything.

Wow. Making a character from scratch, even when using a common base, is very challenging. I've tested Taki and I've also read the whole thread. I can seriously say she's about 30% done at most.
I know you don't have to take my advice, but I strongly recommend that for her, and all your other wips, you take your time just to work on making the sprites cohesive. Let me say it another way. It doesn't make sense to have only a few cvs-looking sprites and then animate them like it's 1993.  3rd Strike happened. Mark of the Wolves happened. Friggin Dragon Claw HAPPENED. The expectation is that there will be a good number of frames for everything.
When I say just work on sprites, I mean just forget coding for now. I mean that you should see if the character movements makes sense. Check for feet alignment (I think this is super important). Maybe try acting out the frames in your living room. If it doesn't make sense to your body, it probably won't translate well in animation, either. Obviously this doesn't apply to all chars, and I certainly don't recommend you try Voldo moves ever. :) But try it and you'll see those extra frames won't really be a burden. You'll see how vital they are and give them their due importance.
I don't say anything to be mean here. I've been playing fighting games since 1991 and the Soul series since Soul Edge came out in the arcades. I WANT SC chars in mugen, but they really have to be done well. Good luck.

I did something similar to what you did with that sp, namely, I made SF vs WH (after I tried SFalpha vs RB FatalFury, of course).

I can say from the video that I think there should be one more transition frame for when he goes from whatever back to his basic stance. That back elbow just comes so far out so quickly. Other than that, seems great.

I think Duel of the Fates works well, but it's sooooo associated with a certain group of people and situations that it's hard to use it in a different context.
