Is there a way for me to patch individual characters to work with your active tag system? When I installed your patch, it increased the tag compatibility of my roster a lot; I thought my roster was 100 percent good until recently, but I did find one character that I can’t seem to fix.

There’s a Street Fighter The Movie Guile by Jessica Smoke that now flickers in the background while pacing back and forth when I try to tag him out. This is the only character I found on my roster that’s buggy with your tag patch now. I’d like to fix him myself if I can.

I’m still on Ikemen 98.2, so I haven’t been able to download your update patches. I tried to switch to 99 but a lot of stage edits were broken when I moved over. Also a few characters integrated power bars appeared wonky in the new version, so I’m staying put for the time being.

Thanks for your help. If there’s no way to fix him, no worries! 99 percent compatibility is still really good! And your system is still my favorite.

I think I have an old copy of the 2020 version somewhere. I edited slightly, if I remember correctly. The one I had, had a cloning glitch when he used the Shoryu Cannon super art. I think I commented out that super from his AI, so that he never used it.

I could track it down and email it to you if you want.

I've been using Muteki's SF3 sean in my build lately. Rei's is great because it has 2nd impact and third strike options, but I think the way his controls are coded make it difficult to pull off super arts consistently.

I need help editing an old Splode character. I want to adjust the X scale to .83 so that it looks closer to how the real Capcom games look. A problem arises when he uses full screen attacks. He has an attack where a tidal wave rolls through from one side to the other. When I change the X Scale, this attack becomes squished and there's blank spaces on the ends of the wave. Does anyone have any advice on how to change the overall x scale of the character without changing the scale of this attack?

Is there a way to get Yuri 98's power bar to show up when you fight her? When I select her, it shows up. When I did a "quick" match against her, it wasn't there.

I love how his updated characters' "rage" modes look source-accurate now. Most Sam Show characters I have, have a read overlay over the character to show rage, and it doesn't look quite right. These look great!

do you mean Umihei? if it is Umihei's characters, then this would not flavor me since I intend to add his characters in, but his characters had some slight issues in mugen 1.0 and mugen 1.1 already.

I did mean Umihei! His characters still work in Version 99 but their integrated power bars don't display properly, similar to how they displayed in Mugen 1.1 to be honest.

They work correctly version 98.2 though. I'm not sure if that version of IKEMEN is still available for download. That's the version I've become the most familiar with... I'll probably be sticking with it for a while. A lot of stages that I edited for 98.2 display differently in 99. But once 3D stages start coming out, I might just start over...

This is awesome! I love your characters, but their AI is beast level and I always make them bosses. With AI scaling I can spread them out through arcade mode!

They're not very flashy, but I really like all of the added parameters for the select def. Even something as simple as exclude=1 is really powerful. A lot of ai patches make characters unplayable. Using the exclude parameter, I've been adding the patched/uncontrollable characters to arcade mode, while excluding them from the select screen. Then, I'll make the the un-patched versions selectable. It's like the best of both worlds.

Like everyone else, I do love being able to load multiple characters in one slot. I love just being able to cycle through every Ryu in existence or trying to make the ultimate collection in one build.

I think I got into IKEMEN originally because of Lasombra Demon's stage interactives. I couldn't pass up having World Heroes death matches or arcade-accurate Samurai Showdown and Street Fighter 2 stages.

All the different tag patches have been crazy fun too, my favorite being POTs active tag.

That being said, I'm still using version 98.2.

I'm watching this video to try to understand the code a little bit more, but I'm not sure if i get it completely.

I noticed a bug with some characters in my IKEMEN build. Some characters' throws don't deal damage to specific characters. For instance all GM's Street Fighter 3 chars cannot deal damage with throws to any Hyper DBZ Characters. The throws also don't deal damage against Umihei's chars. Is this a common problem? Is there a way to fix this?

NRF's Sam Sho characters are so goofy haha.... I remember them having a config or something to tone down their weirdness.... The first time I fought one, I had to do a double take, because they look source accurate on the surface. Either way, they're usually pretty fun to play with....

What module are you trying to use? I don't know how to load them all, but some are pretty easy. For instance, 100 Fight Kumite is loaded by placing the LUA file in the correct folder. Then, if you go into the system.def, you put this code with the menu items:

menu.itemname.vs100kumite = "VS 100 KUMITE"

If the LUA script is in the right folder, and if you have this code in your system.def, the menu item should pop up and work... Boss Rush mode works the same way.

I'm a little sleepy, so that might not be the best explanation....

Yo :)...I saw in your readme that some characters will break Tag, and in those cases, people would have to fix them manually on an individual basis. Because of that, I wasn't sure if you're wanting reports for characters that break the system. If you're interested, these characters freeze when tagging out or in:
