+I still think you should remove the 'Hoshi' sirname, it's not Capcom canon
+some sprite priority issues with his bag, that he drops in his intro. Basicly, when he walks/crouches/jumps, the bag goes in front of him.
Also, you should have it fall down 2/3 pixels heigher, just for perspective stuff.
+Haha his throws are looking very nice ^^ But, I think it would be even better if the enemy receives the damage when they fall on the ground, not when being thrown in the air. It just looks more realistic, and feels more natural.
+his standing roundhouse kick look off..seems like you centered him on his rear leg, while he should be standing on his front leg.
So not only is it wrong in a natural way, it also has less range because of it. Basicly, he switches legs, while he shouldn't.
The same thing goes for his crouching roundhouse sweep kick.
+crouching uppercut has the weak attack whiff sound effect, might want to change it to the strong attack whiff sound effect.
+his f+weak punch Overhead punch should have more start-up delay, you can abuse it a bit now.
+his f+strong punch Dash punch, isn't a Dash punch at all
! He should slide forward a bit as he delivers the punch.
Also, it seems a few of his sprites in this animation have a palette issue (I think it's the lightest shade of his Gi).
+aerial Hadouken can probably use a little edit to the launch sprite, because now he very clearly is in a 'standing' pose.
You'd only have to sprite-edit the feet a bit, nothing else.
+EX Hadouken could use a wall-bounce perhaps? Not sure. I know his EX Sidekick has wallbounce already...
+why did you put an env.shake on the start-up of his Shoryuken, to emulate the force behind it? Doesn't seem like it belongs there,
but if it's for artistic reasoning I can get used to it.
+A graphic of the Shinkuu Hadouken stays on the screen sometimes, and won't go away, and bind to all kinds of stuff (the 'wave' thing, not the projectile).
I guess it's usually when you get hit during it.
+No aerial Shinkuu Hadouken? I think it'll be a fitting addition.
+You probably want to change the superpause sprite for aerial Shinkuu Tatsumaki, because now he very clearly is in a 'standing' pose.
