Is it zoomed out by default?

It looks nice and reminds me of Kizuna Encounter's gameplay.

Well, the game's called "World Heroes Tag Battle". The project, from what i saw on the old official site, is to celebrate the 25 years of WH Perfect.
The download link in the tweet is for a limited time.

Thank you so much for this info, World Heroes is my favorite arcade SF2 era fighter. Getting it while it's hot for sure.
