i finally got my hands on cure marine!! :D

well the only problem i have with her is that due to heartcatch chara design her limbs are very thin and fragile. also her hair is really heave and she can't stand on her won without her platform

akibared included a bonus of 3 platforms (or "stages") for the entire team though i have no plans of buying the other two but they might come in handy

@Makkah: NIIIICE find!! Very cool stuff. I loved that series and used to own the VHS.

This is my first official post in this awesome section, so I thought I would show off a compilation shot of what I purchased in the past few months/years. Work allows us to decorate our cubicles up and I did so in style.


Those are Mighty Mugs Snake Eyes and Destro; MGS4's Raiden with a pair of Starbucks Splashguards; McFarlane's Master Chief from Halo, Halo 2 (Picking up Domo), Halo 3 (Kneeling with SMGs) and John 117 (from the "Package"); NECA's RoboCop, T-800 (Brandishing a Lancer from Gears) and Big Sister; Ryu emerging from the Roman Coliseum (That was picked up in Italy from a friend of mine); a Lego HK Tank and Mini-T800; and the Hot Wheels renditions of the Tim Burton Film's Batmobile, the Arkham Asylum Batmobile and the DeLorean from Back to the Future.

It makes sitting in a cubicle a little more enjoyable, don't you think??

Dat Venom!!! SICK AS HELL!!! ...I have those comic book issues where he fought the Juggernaut and mutated like that due to a sewer toxin...its called The Madness with art by Kelley Jones...Where did you get the figurine if I may ask?

...I just got my signed copy in the mail today...I haven't read this stuff since high school and I never really finished the last book because I spilled a carton of milk over it once and ruined it. :P ...So, I'm really excited to get back to reading this.  :woeh:

yeah thanks, I got the venom at Suncoast Video (aka FYE).  Yeah I really like the sculpted of the figure one of the better ones.  And he came with 3 different heads which is great also. 

Nice clive Barker book, I have never read that one.  Have you ever seen the movie Rawhead Rex?

Oh yeah! Rawhead Rex! ...I had never seen it until 4 years ago when me and some friends decided to have a Clive Barker weekend Marathon...it is an amazingly good old horror film...it has all the elements of the old classics...Cheesy script, Boobs, a badass looking Monster and Lots of Gore!

My favorite Clive Barker movie is Lord of Illusions.

I used to read Books of Blood when I was in high school and it was initially released as 6 separate books, and it is a compilation of his first published horror stories that Stephen King praised as "The Future of literary horror" definitely worth any horror fans time...some of these stories will actually make you laugh a lot and even cringe...I guarantee it.

yeah that is a great one.  I love nightbreed. 

yeah I will have to look into it.  Maybe look for a audiobook so I can listen to it at work :)
