Well, we all know it's set in stone that of all thing, DragonClaw would be the most illegal to sell. Reu did copyright him after all.I belive that even if the seller made all the characters in the game (which is most likely impossible to probe), it's still illegal.
Just recently checked www.ioffer.com and did a search for "mugen cd" and ALOT of people are peddling mugen cds. Its just sad.

You have a point there kain.Half the problem is the morons willing to buy these stupid compilations.Although I do feel sorry for them (the buyers) on some level seeing as how they probably don't know any better.
There's a very obscure "service" here in Miami at a car customizing shop...a place where they do all kinds of car alterations that I just recently happen to visit.It seems one of the guys that works there has his own little "business" selling burned CDs/DVDsgetting and even arcade machines together for a pretty hefty price. He has a whole catalog of emulators and prices depending on how many games you want your arcade cabinet to go with it.He'll include... get this ....HIS own game called THE FOREVER BATTLE (Mugen) with 50-300 ($30.00) chars and stages or 300 and up ($80.00) He even has a list of characters by style in his catalog so you can make your checklist.A loled so hard when I saw this and told him I already had this game for FREE in front of his customers, and felt great to point out that this "game" really wasn't of his creation, but the effort of many people on a internet ring.What a joke.
