Cool stuff. The second version definitely gave me MK2 vibes. Also glad to hear Isuka ost get some love. That soundtrack is goated. I used this same theme years about a decade ago.

Nice little touch with the round 2 version. If you're making Ikemen versions you could also use stage portraits.

The parallax is very hard to notice, though. Feels superfluous. Did the game have it?

Thanks for the words, I honestly keep forgetting the stage portraits til after i release lmao. my stages missing those is just on my forgetfulness,

parallax is very very light, i might go back and redo it, original game didnt have it from what i remember

i had also been sitting on this stage here for a LONG while, i separated pretty much all of the elements of the stage to give deltas. Comes with parallax, animations, super jump allat good usual stuff

Round 2 is a completely separate def for those who dont want the alternative stage backdrop I did while playing around with it

ikemen users just delete round2def=ParisTheaterRound2.def in the paristheatre.def so it doesn't force your round 2 into the alternate version

I been sittin on this stage for a while and figured I'd go ahead n release it since I have nothing else I can think of doin to it, at least for the mugen version anyway, comes with all the usual, parallax/deltas/animations/super jump

I downloaded this version and now stage fatality from MK stages by "Tay" not working. Last game version where stage fatality working is 0.98.2
Yesterday i downloaded 0.99.0 (not rc) version and still have this problem.

basically all attached chars got broken with the move to .99, my interactive stages are a thing of the past unfortunately as I really dont wanna remake them again haha

yo waddup, this sp is finally done, well not 100% done so we'll call it version 1. the lifebars are still being worked on but imma release them as is for now. They're be further enhanced in version 2.

This is for IKEMEN and uses custom portraits, you do have to make your characters 1.1 compatible in fighter factory for the big portraits since they aren't indexed!

that's using add004 so that vs screen is just coded into the characters, you can do it on ikemen tho

bumping this bc i have a handful of W.i.P's I've been sitting on for a hot min that I feel are worth starting to show

The first two are screenpacks this one is based on my Lost Jungle and it was made with digitized characters in mind, as you can see I primarily use them in this screenpack lol, I'd say this sp is about 40-45% done? I do wanna play around with some aesthetic stuff

These are both being made on ikemen ver .98.2 with the multiple face2 mod on cosmic collision

it aint much but ive been teaching myself photoshop to make my ideas come to life and figured id share with you guys. feedback is welcome

yo waddup this is a quick edit I did for the Fortress of solitude by JorEl.

I redid the HELL outta the deltas and parallaxed the floor, which I also recolored so it wasnt SO bright.

animations got touched too.

I also moved the "fortress" spike things further back so it isn't sitting front and center anymore. and i believe its 1.1/ikemen only

as far as feedback goes, you did a really good job here.
 I havent played NG in forever but

imo you could increase the x delta for the BG where the sky and back buildings are so they dont move *as* much.

otherwise while you did a really great/cool job with the bg controls,

I would suggest making 2 separate def files so users can use both variants!
