I was going to nominate him, given I beta tested his Kula (while it still had Winmugen compatibility), but since he didn't have anything out, it would've been more work than I would've wanted to do to convince people.
Shapeshifter has been around for a long time and during that time he tried to help several people to get better with feedbacks, and if im not mistaken he announced a lot of characters( am i making a confusion out of it?), I wasnt even aware of mc2 kula, I was going for his feedback.

I was gonna recommend MC2 when his Kula project went public, but uhhhhh since he was already recommended / he gives some feedback, and HELPS even, go crazy, +1

He's an ok guy and Sepp considered him as his replacement beofre leaving (Sepp's final decisions weren't memorable in a good way though, but that's a completely different topic). However I personally don't think he needs a moderator status to help with that board, and Cyanide has that board under control for the most part.
