No shadows no matter the stage

Hey ya'll! I'm editing a mugen build and no matter the stage, there are no shadows and not gonna lie it looks wonky. Any fix?

If you mean fighter shadows, you gotta adjust/edit/remove that in the actual stage DEF file, each individual one.

Additionally, there is this option in mugen.cfg:

DrawShadows = 1
