This update includes two new characters that i believe haven't been posted here before: Toraichi & Yoshihiro.

Odd. Could've sworn his website still worked fine this morning. Either way I've put a direct link to his OneDrive folder on the first post.

His website is working fine. You just need to click on the "MUGEN" link to access his folders. It even says right there on the website's front page.

He's right. It wasn't there b4 but I see it now. Strange...
