What game is she from?
Date A Live (anime).
Anyway, it's kind of weird in areas (especially meter/damage?) but I'll take it. Tohka is like my favorite character ever too so I'm actually kind of glad that someone made her.

The lifebars for the first game were made but the second game's (screenshot) weren't AFAIK.
I'd say go for it. I love that HUD a lot.

If those Jojo lifebars are meant for 640, then I wouldn't mind trying to make them. I know somewhat on how to make lifebars but I still need to learn how to do fonts and animations.

Tried out Batsu and so far I really like him. My only gripe is that the second part of Super Guts Uppercut misses in the corner against certain characters.
Also, is his air medium supposed to not normally chain into his air heavy because every time I try to do so, the opponent recovers before the air heavy can connect.
EDIT - Nevermind about the air heavy thing. It's a Training only issue apparently.
