Currently im making many things at once but  what i really want to make and already started spriting are:

offcourse my dream is to sprite them all in HI RES, but so far i have no idea how to do that so im simply going to do my best.
(tachikoma sprite isnt mine)

Have fun mixing KOF and Melty Blood sprites.

For what it is worth, there are 3D Tachikoma models that are online.
i think we should call it an "engine" so we don't look like total idiots because otherwise we'd be arguing about a "game" and that would be somehow "dumber" than arguing about an "engine" on the "internet" for countless hours

well here is a little something to show that im pretty serious...even though i make it bit by bit its going to be finished

heres a HR sprite of Major Motoko Kusanagi...scaling down wont be a problem. First i would like to complete move set...and may be change  some mistakes ive made

working further on motoko
it takes one sprite per day so do not expect me to complete SFF any time soon
heres some eye candy (that is of course  if you like it)

she wont be carrying gun at all times .Im planning for her to take it out from her jacket (like you often see in action movies)
she wont be punching directly (only elbow and side of the hand)
she will have strong kick aiming into the face
may be "time stop" in which she will perform jump and kick
thats all im planning for now the rest ill have to think about later.



[EDIT]
just noticed that her intro sprite is taller than other sprites  or walking is smaller. And dang it i will fix that later on since intro is not that important atm.
but if you think its walking sprite that is too small let me know cus im confused.
Oh and if you don't have any drawing skills than don't bother recomending anything.

Well batzarro made a sprite from Bubblegum Crisis he said the base was captain commando maybe you could use that

well since "Stand alone" design didn't really work out i decided to go with more classic look

do you like it?

my shading right now is incorrect but i will fix it

I'm curious as to how the philosophic aspects of GitS will translate to a character, and if it will.

I actually liked the SAC look. I do think that the head is angled at a weird angle.

well ofcourse thats why i like these genre of anime. I am not sure how to implement that into her fighting skills but we will see.
yeah SaC looked more interesting rather than classic plain look. But than again its going to be much easier to finish with her original look. (which i prefer.)
I need to get a hang of drawing her and than major spriting will begin.
