pdt: disculpen escriba en español, solo ese idioma conozco, me agrada ver tanto entusiasmo de parte de todos ustedes, sin embargo el querer hacer todos ustedes un proyecto de joe aunque me parece fabuloso, me parece un poco excluyente hacia mi, yo se de donde sacar mucho mas para joe, la primera vez lo hice solo para cumplir con los sprites que falchion22 presentó, sin embargo de donde sale todo hay mucho mas, si desean podemos trabajar TODOS QUIENES DESEEN como un EQUIPO... les parece bien? Varo_Hades, Trololó, ~Hale "R@CE" Caesar~ ... y Sky79 si no te molesta la idea de trabajar conmigo tambien te animarias?

-A BRAINS! And new glitches (XD)! I ported Brains (cmd. and system.cns) from Adon. So, now he is challenging!
Little changes of commands: Power Kick now D, DF, F, Kick. Super power kick- D, DB, B, D, DF, F, 2 Kicks! And maybe D, DB, B, D, DB, B, 3 Kicks- I forgot to change this command from Adon's cmd. :)

Yes I know we need more sprites but see thats the thing, he needs more sprites anyway

You wouldnt want him to be half assed like some of those comic book characters in mugen. It wouldn't take alot of time to do what I asked for

Trust me when I say if I had the right stuff, I can pull this off. All this would require would be some frankenspriting and maybe some custom animations to get what I need. Nothing huge and I could pull this off.

If you look on youtube and look at my turtles you'll see that normally they didnt have all of those moves but with the right edits, I made them into what they are in the videos. So if I can do that, then imagine what Joe could be like.

Wow.... Well I guess i don't need to code anything now huh....

Oh well, cus I kinda was looking forward to working on him and I had even came up with ideas for a movelist for Joe

Special Moves
Swift Kick - Maybe a kick with a flash on it that can hurt you if hit by it but can also kick someone's projectile back at them.

Power Kick - A quick mid-air spin kick. It is good for attacking opponents at a distance and countering close up attacks. (His Hurricane like Kick)

One-Two - 2 punches that can work like a Feilong rekka punch set up, that can end with an additional move called Upper

Body - Can only be done after One-Two connects. During Body, Joe will perform a body punch to his opponent that allows an additional hit to his opponent

Upper - Only can be done after Body connects, Upper will knock his opponents up and they will fall down.
(Note : This could be his QCF move for his punches, which could also lead to some combos getting started.)

Quick Kick Combo - A Kicking combination move, kinda like Kim's son JaeHoon but in a different way while it being effective in kicking fast the cool down time on it is slow which could leave Joe open for an attack (Kinda how Zack off of DOA side kicks work. Could be very effective in a combo starter also a way to quickly get your opponent off of you. This also has the same effect on your opponent if hit by all three hits of this move it leaves them hurting and staggering for a couple of seconds because of how many kicks landed.

Super Moves
Power Rock House - Joe snap kicks his opponent back, and while the opponent is stunned he does two power kicks to the head then one Spinning Round House kick with Either Flame or Chi energy on it hits his opponent in the head and sends them flying across the screen (Last kick is kinda like Van Dam's Cresent Kick)

Combination Strikes - Joes does Rapid punches but (More like Joe Higashi) then finishes his opponent off with One-Two punches then with a power hit to the gut, leaving his opponent stunned, then finally a finish with a hard and powerful hay maker to the face (Like Balrog's punch in Sf4)

Level Three Super Move
Knockout Express - a series of Hard Haymaker punches mixed with a series of kicks, then a sudden hard knee to the gut that stuns his opponent, followed by a powerful big punch like (Shen Woo from KOF) that has a big Burst of Energy behind it,  that sends his opponent flying across the screen.

Fighter's Revenge : Could be a counter Level three super where if an opponent hits Joe while in this state and it connects Joe will counter their attack and do an animation where it looks like he knocks your punch or kick away with a left thrust of his arm. Then while p2 is stunned, immediately he counters again by doing a punch that hits his opponent in the face followed by a spinning back fist and while still spinning, he comes back around about to get ready to hit his opponent with the next fist and stomps the ground hard to hold himself in place then he lunges his Revenge Punch on to his opponent that emits power chi energy from it or wind that knocks his opponent out
(Sorta like a homage to the punch he did on the Street Fighter 2 intro only way more powerful, hence the name of the move Fighter's Revenge) A move I think Joe should have that I think he would have came up with had he had been in other Street Fighter games to counter Ryu's Shoryuken so that he could attempt to beat him this time around.


Oh well..... guess I will focus on something else....

Good to know, but we need to be on the same page, you'll need CvS_Cody by 'H' if this is to work, or I can just send you sprites that need to be converted. Your choice.

I'm going to send Zero De Armentis a link to this thread and ask if he'll help, or at least give permission to use these sprites.

Is everyone OK with this? R@ce? Varo? Trololo?

It wouldn't surprise me at all if they started as the same person, Capcom isn't known for their continuity.

Ken: Red
Ryu: White

Cody: Blue
Joe: Red

Roxy: Red

You feel free to use the sprites of Joe, he posted the sprites for use it  :).
And small explication, you making Mike, Joe and I suppose Balrog in Divine style very similar of Pots style but different with max mode instead of custom combo and doesn't have step. (Personally I don't like max mode, I prefer custom combo because you can do excellent combos).

I agree with you- Custom Combo is much better, than useless MAX mode.
Soon I will upload update of Joe (And it will be not only sprites).

As a first, can you edit a sprites of standing sprites of Kairi? (It's much closer to original Joe sprite).
And no, I have not any problems with Hades, if i've understood you correctly.
He mean like me, because we work in the past.
And I recommend you, use the sprites with color separation by Froz, even have the new movelist of Street Fighter 4.
And send you new small portrait for balrog, Hades made for me, with a little changes by me, is with color separation of sprites by froz.

It lacks a lot of anti-alias and some parts are very weirdly shaded... too many lighted areas and it tries too hard to bring some... scars up?? I don´t know, it requires to be redone from scratch.

Well, it's what we have- this palette is default for these sprites.

If you about shadow- on sprite positions i was focusing on Balrog by Kamekaze. If ny Balrog have this problem with shades- his Balrog have it too.
It you about leg in dodge... Well, really, i need to fix that one time...
If you about little portrait- i'll repeat- I'm bad sprites. And this portrait just bad adapted to palette.
