pokemon chars, scizor and poochyena

i've got 2 pokemon chars, scizor and poochyena
both of them r nice chars with awesome sprites and animations
but i need someone to do something about their:
sounds (no sounds for both chars)
moves (their moves cost no damage, the animations r cool though, and both chars have lots of special moves)
AI coding (Apparently, the AI refuse to attack)

and plz can someone download them and fix them?
after that, plz upload them again so we can all add them into our mugen collection?
