Playstation All Stars Battle Royale - Rival Arena

So lately I've been fixing up busted stages on Mugen Archive and I came across a Playstation All Stars Battle Royale - Rival Arena stage by MyYoutubeRocks. Now my original intention was to just fix up his stage by editing and cleaning up the image, but I ended up deciding to instead start from scratch and make my own version. Let me be clear this is not an edit and not in the wrong section. I did all the spritework and art myself. I mostly made it to test some new techniques and see if I could make the floor look good. I could be happier with the light trails, but I dont plan to go back and edit it anymore.

Thank you so much for making a Rival Arena that isn't a still image Carmell. That game is a huge morbid fascination of mine, but always loved this stage immensely.
