Title: Bringing Mugen to other country
Post by: ^^ on May 12, 2008, 02:25:29 pm: Hi, I would like to ask that will it consider illegal to bring mugen to the other country, since I will going oversea to study soon as I put all my Mugen data in my external drive.

But seriously, no problems arise to bringing Mugen to any country....... except maybe Cuba, but then again, they are starting to get internet as well....... so I dunno.

Well, I am currently staying in Singapore and wish to go to U.S to pursuit my studies. So I would like to know any Singaporean here in this community, I would like to ask or maybe they could answer here. Because I would like to update my Mugen in oversea as well.
