Yes, there is. You'll have to Google the HELL out of the full Bastard game, but Diamon is included, and I believe the file even is named Diamon instead of how you've stated there. Heads up, the team who created the game (since none of the characters were individually released) is the same who've moved on to the Saint Seiya game.

Just Google the life out of searching for the game, and you'll find it. I nearly gave up after a few days, that is, until I did find it lol.

Venom, Zappa and Bridget exists, maybe you'll see in muteki's page. Kliff is a WIP of ahuron (I guess so) and Zako-Dan, they weren't made for MUGEN yet...

Zappa and Bridget were made by EL. And there's about 3-4 WiPs of Kliff, the most notable one being by Akugata.
