char size and special attack issues. Mugen 1.0

Sometimes I wanna edit the size proportions of my chars just to properly match, only issue is that certain attack sprites and what not don't seem to follow. For example, i edited a zero i just recently download to make him slightly bigger by changing x and y size values in his CNS file, and some moves like the buster shot would shoot from below the gun, acting like it was still from the older size. just wanna know how to fix this.

change the scale of explodes and helpers as well.
