so after weegee I`m moving on to Nana and I need some ideas for how she should fight. I plan to make her by sprite editing Ciel and other Melty Blood characters.

Well, she's got her vectors....

For regular punches and kicks, you could have her hit, or use disembodied hands to represent her vectors.

Perhaps as special moves, she can throw things?

well she can do that rocket punch thing but that leaves her without arms for some time. maybe I can make it like Vega`s claw when it falls off
