Im currently interested in good Street Fighter 3 and Alpha characters, good characters and creators is what i am looking for.

Thanks for the recs im mainly after SF3 and Alpha accurate street fighter characters.

Well, I can't really help you with SF3 Chars, but for good SFA Chars you shall go with Ehnyd, Adamskie, M.M.R. and, maybe, N64Mario.
Don't want to self-promote, but I kinda put some work for SFA Collection (http://mugenguild.com/forum/topics/w-i-p-street-fighter-alpha-series-184893.0.html), you can find there a lot of chars from authors I listed.
