He had already mentioned this char and here it is compatible Mugen 1.0 and Winmugen.

she look nice and all, the only downside I see is that she has too much shake IMO, almost every attack causes the screen to shake...

If it is a code that is in the part of the fall 5100 in the state where this one shake effect.
