Adding new characters without public testing would/could result in very broken characters. We don't exactly have a company of people paid to beta test these suckers
That and i'd imagine it's better to get people testing that already know this kinda stuff. Though I wonder due to all the characters and progress that they've got going if the new one is going to be out later this year or early next. Eh i'll wait regardless.

I'd love to see that as well, but I don't see that coming from Z2Team anytime soon.

Stages related to characters ,most of them anyway,for example:Piccolo with the World Tournament,it would make sense based on the important fight of Piccolo with Goku.Plus,it is nice in arcade mode for characters to be related to stages rather than be random.Cell Games is my pick from your suggestion, and a WRESTLING RING FOR THE CHAMP HERCULE!! Though Satan City fits well too I suppose............
I'd love to see a Planet Vegeta stage with unknown sayians as spectators, and a stage based on when Vegeta and Nappa landed on Earth.
