Title: Chain and Combo HD Lifebars for IKEMEN (05/12/21) More Colors!

+ Added more colors by adding another SFF file to swap between colors. + Added Persona 4 Arena Announcer for ENG (Sort of) and JPN. + Fixed some bg.layerno mistakes. + Removed some unused sprites.
Well 4v4 is something I'm gonna work on at some point in the future. But in the meantime, have 3v3!
+ 3v3 Tag/Simul Support + Added 3rd Strike Announcer -+ However there was a cosmetic feature I wanted to add, but I couldn't make it work. So instead I replaced the mode messages with the "Netplay" image from the V-HD Lifebars for consistency. It's better than nothing right?

(04/14/21) Update
New Feature + COLORS! Each mode has it's own colored lifebar.
Fixes/Changes = Fixed some Layerno in some or most areas = Made the "Fight!" a little bigger to be more dramatic. = Upscaled the "Draw" "Double KO" and "Timer Over" = Now the original and nbgc snd files shouldn't say incorrect stuff when you swap announcers = Score for P2 is correctly aligned

What's been added in the HD version:
+ HD (Duh.) + IKEMEN Features like Score, Time, CPU Level and Matches + Semi Tag Support + Converted SFF to mugen 1.1 + Mode Messages at them bottom (There's a README in the zip if you don't want those there) + Adjusted some animations a bit. + And 8v8 Turn Mode (You can increase or decrease that in the menu. It can go beyond 8, I had to shrink the teammates icon to make the screen less cluttered with faces.
I had to swap out some elements of the lifebar because some of them didn't translate well to HD.
I haven't tested in MUGEN but I think it should be fine....I think.
Thanks to Meldo Wiseau for making these lifebars and helping me figure out the range thingy.

hey, thanks for converting one of my bars!
here's what I found; -P2's score counter is misaligned -p2.mid in simul/turns/tag mode is missing layerno = 2 -all the layernos that have 0 needs to be changed to 2 for consistency -double KO, time over and draw text anims are small -because of the changed values for the sounds, the lifebars play the wrong sounds when the .snd is set to fight_ngbc.snd or fight_original.snd
other than the stuff I've mentioned, you've done a great job with converting these. keep up the good work!

Dang I knew I was forgetting something. Thanks for bringing that up, sometime this week (Mostly Tomorrow or Tuesday) I'll upload a fix for those.

Ah, my bad. I forgot to remove some sprites from the SFF that messes with Turn mode's flow. Sometime this week I'll fix that, plus a bonus.
