Fluttershy From Fighting is Magic: Tribute Edition.  She is My Secend Fighting Game Character.

Not yet been completed only eight of 12 pallets, is expected to put the original skill later.

The order of commands in the command file is important. The CMD file reads the higher commands first, so basic moves should be listed below special moves.
