Happy Valentine! I bring Sakura like a surprise.
I decided make her because the idea start of color separation that Shiko made and asked me to finish the color separation, and I think why not make the full char?

Character's pretty good, just needs some fixes though (Tested in 1.0):

- Missing grab whiff voice?
- Shouou Ken missing swing sound
- Shouou Ken(EX) hitpause is too long? (Shorten all except the last hit like what Midare Zakura does)
- EX Shinpuu Kiaku missing swing sound on final kick, also no EX sound? (Maybe same channel)
- Ouka Kyaku has cancelled EX sound (Maybe same channel)
- Shinkuu Hadouken, Shinkuu Tengyou Hadouken have too many hit sparks (Causes slowdown)
- Haru Ranman doing low damage? (Lvl 3 does 354?)
- Missing Special Cancels and Lvl 1 into Lvl 2 Cancels? (Some special cancels requires whiffing the special)

easy fixes i could fix them myself. but still a good char!

Irrelevant to the character but does anyone who uses add004 experience cloning issues?

Great release, Varo. But you need to do some work with Supers.
-Midare Sakura does crazy damage. MAX version slice off on whole LVL 3 level.
-Haru Ranman does typical LVL 2 damage.
-Nekketsu Hadoken's first hit spark is misalligned.

-Shun Goku Satsu's hitsparks don't appears when screen is faded in black. But I can see their disappearance when every flash accures.
Also do something with intros against Ryu.
-With first try she will do only normal intros.

-After pressing F4 she will restart round doing her VS Ryu intro. But it seems, Ryu doesn't have that battle spirit right now...

Tryed with both Original Ryu by P.o.T.S. and MWMRLY's edit. You need to release a patch for him.
And a little suggestion. Try to create forth DEF, for Sakura, Dark Sakura and Master Sakura selectable by palettes. Like it always was in such chars.

easy fixes! i can fix those things with no problem! still he did a good job with her! finally have a good dark sakura and sakura!

Really nice. Some feedback...

 - missed throw attempt voice is missing
 - EX sound is missing in EX versions of Shinpuu Kiaku, Kuuchuu Shinpuu Kiaku & Ouka Kyaku
 - Dark Sakura EX version Shinpuu Kiaku EX sound cuts of
 - MAX version of Shinkuu Tengyou Hadouken costs only 1 powerbar, just like normal Shinkuu Tengyou Hadouken
 - IMO first hit of Haru Ranman should not kill p2... let the whole sequence play
 - maybe nitpick... Sakura Senkuu teleport sound plays too early
 - suggestion... give normal Sakura the charge versions of the Hadoukens like in SF4

In a future yes, I'll update my oldests chars first.

And the missing sounds not was because in the same channel, was because a lot of sounds work at the same time and needs space between one and one.

-Yeah like I said before, was a problem with the dampeners, but is fixed now.
-well the damage on this one is ok, the problem was in the super lvl 3.
-Fixed.
-Actually that was on purpose in contrast to regular shun goku satsu xD
-Fixed intro with Ryu.
And maybe in a future make the patch with Ryu by MWMRLY.
Well to be honest I don't consider necesary a forth def, I mean if you want an specific attacks just select Master Sakura or one of her modes.

Some people want to see updated versions of PotS' stuff, though this is Varo's take on it.  And I agree with Niitris and R565, it's not like anybody else can do Sakura.

Dark Sakura had always the "normal" SGS. Give the Kei version to Master Sakura.

Take in consideration that is an ex version of the char, so of course will have some same things, is not like a different char, even the oficial by capcom are very similar even with little differences, anyway has different things I mean check the special moves practically aren't the same even the hits, are different, only the super combos share almost all.

Well... Dark Sakura IS a mix of herself & Akuma/Evil Ryu.

No, it doesn't.  It follows the current gameplay of PotS-based fighters that was set with PotS' Geese.
