This scene right here was the very inspiration for this update, haha!
In fact, just like in the comic, if Dan fails the Shun Goku Satsu, he'll trip and become exposed to attacks... (Like when you fail a Shissou Buraiken). I also added a lot of stuff for him from Ultra Street Fighter IV's OMEGA Mode, haha. Like the Danretsuken, for example! xD
I didn't even sleep last night just so I could finish and upload all this stuff... So I hope it was all worth it, haha.

<07.02.2019> - Fixed an INFINITE that was extremely easy to perform by spamming Standing Hard Punch after a Tatsumaki Zankuu Kyaku, in Oni mode. - Fixed the Triple Shakunetsu Hadouken and Triple Gorai Hadouken's damage output. - Fixed a MASSIVE glitch with the Triple Shakunetsu Hadouken on the Mugen 1.0 version. Akuma would only throw a Shakunetsu on the first motion, and he would only stand there like an idiot moving his hands on a Hadouken motion, while nothing came out of his hands, lmao. (How did it take me so long to upload a fix for this? God only knows, lmao). - The Triple Shakunetsu Hadouken / Triple Gorai Hadouken won't fire the additional projectiles if the opponent is behind him. - A.I. Oni's Gorai Hadouken will now fire 1 projectile on the weak version, 2 projectiles on the medium version, and 3 projectiles on the heavy version. - Fixed Shin Akuma's unholy Shakunetsu Hadouken spam, haha. - Changed the animation for the Hadou no Kamae. - Improved A.I. ('Cause we all know he was too easy before, lmao). - Fixed the wind FX of the Messatsu Gou Rasen on the Mugen 1.0 version. - Minor changes/bug fixes.

The Ryu update is also pretty damn HUGE! I mean he's got 5 more Supers now! (Kinda...) Plus a Zankuu Hadouken for Evil/Master Ryu! xD

I select a different pallete for Dan, but in second fight, the pallete always changes to default pallete. It's a bug?

As for the debug flood issue pointed out above, I did some digging through Dan's code and found a couple of the causes...
In the standing state, there's an AssertSpecial sctrl which should be using cond instead of ifelse. You should also be redirecting to p2 and p4 using enemy(0) and enemy(1) respectively.
Another major cause is your palette selection code. Various RemapPal sctrls are being passed float variables for the dest when they should just be using regular (int) vars instead.
Thanks for the release/updates. I appreciate the effort and detail you always put into your characters.

Honestly though, this is like, the 5th time someone ever mentions me the whole "debug flood" thing. Too bad no one has ever told me what it does, the causes behind it, or how to fix it.
But thank you for that specific code, GK. I've already applied it to Dan! xD
In fact, I have now updated Dan and fixed some of the stuff that you guys mentioned.

Don't if it just me but I think there wrong with palettes for Akuma(Transform). Cause he does not change palettes when transform as well as the other modes have the same palettes as normal akuma As shown here

Even though it's not in the video. When I was recording a Dan vs. Evil Dan video, during one of the KOs, there was an animation where there wasn't a proper knockout.

Thanks for the update brother, here are some inquires: 1. The EvilDan unotag def file has Evil Dan.st instead of EvilDan.st 2. Maybe some Portraits for Evil Dan in the specified folder? 3. I feels kinda random that there is no EX Kouryuu Ken. This could be in place if the Danshura Senkuu was 3 buttons like your other chars. 4. Any plans for a "Dankuu Gadouken"? I don't think the new kick super deserves the name Tenma Gou Dankuu.
Also do you have plans to update your older chars and edit for example Dudley and God Rugal?

I guess I will include the EX Koryuuken next time. But it's gonna have a D, F, DF, 2P command, 'cause most computers keyboards can't handle 3-button presses, so having the Danshura Senkuu use 3 buttons would make the move literally unusable for 90% of the players. This is also the reason why Evil Ryu's command for the EX Goshoryuuken and Ashura Senkuu have been changed.
4. Any plans for a "Dankuu Gadouken"? I don't think the new kick super deserves the name Tenma Gou Dankuu.
If only those sprites existed, yeah, I'd totally give him a Dankuu Gadouken! Haha. Too bad they don't. (As far as I know, at least). And honestly, I just really like the name Tenma Gou Dankuu, haha.

Dudley? Sure, someday. God Rugal? Nah. The Lord of the Flies already made an updated, fixed and improved version of God Rugal, I recommend you to check that one instead! Haha.
Well guys, making this post because RYU HAS BEEN UPDATED! ;D It's a pretty small update, but a necessary one...
As always, here's the changelog from the Readme.txt...
- There was a bug that made the EX Zankuu Hadouken USABLE even with 0 power left. Such bug is now fixed, lmao. - Evil Ryu's EX Goshoryuuken can now only be used by pressing D, F, DF, 3P. This was done because most computers cannot handle 3 buttons being pressed at the same time, making the Ashura Senkuu literally unusable for most players. So now the Ashura Senkuu's command only requieres 2 Punches / 2 Kicks being pressed.

I tried the LotF God Rugal and you can tell it was from the Early Days of Custom CVS Mugen w/e. EDIT: Oh he also has F, D, F but not F, D, DF and vice versa. Have you tried VaroHades + BK's version yet? That one is POTS style like yours.

I finally have some time to test your Ryu only, here is what I found:
Normal Ryu: - I can't peform his Reppuu Jinrai Shou, he keeps on doing Shinkuu Midare Uchi - Crouching opponent can't guard his Shin Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku - Crouching opponent can't guard his Shin Shoryuu Ken - Crouching opponent can't guard his MAX Denjin Hadou Ken - I felt his MAX Denjin Hadou Ken is still overpowered even if it only break the opponent's guard on the last 2 hits, my friend likes abusing it. I suggest it would be better if it shows the opponent's tech hit animation on the last denjin hadouken hit frame and if it happens to be in the corner, Ryu will have the advantage to perform his corner combo

I mean like originally, I notice pots ryu and shin gouki when continuously performing the hadouken command, sometimes and most often, they will execute their punch attack like this: (https://media.giphy.com/media/wJs7ljs4MVdzkYqnOj/giphy.gif) and this is your Gouki: (https://media.giphy.com/media/uB0BnHlcLncgadNsTj/giphy.gif) So I wonder if it is ok for you to adjust the hadouken execution like your Gouki for your Ryus (Normal, Evil and Master) and your edited Gouki by pots and mwryly (Normal and Shin) even for the Ex hadouken and Zankuu hadouken as well?
