He is a character from the Garou 2 leaks that was supposed to be a somewhat young boxer, though I don't really know if much else was there about him outside of how he looked and a very basic description of what he was supposed to be.
Seeing this pop up in the recent posts was actually really exciting, he was probably my favorite character in the garou 2 leaks because I really liked his design and concept. It's really cool that there's a mugen version of him now, though I do feel the sprites could use a bit of work. I particularly like the ducking move, though part of it could be the fact that I actually found characters with those kinds of movement options to be really fun after playing karma's dudley and +R slayer.
