Im having a problem running my mugen, this keeps happing now, just yesterday and one time just about an hour before i started mugen and it ran fine then like the next day or a few hours later i try to start mugen agin and my window pops up but there is nothin on screen i wait for it to load but it never dose it just stays blank and nothin ever shows up, the last two times i couldnt figure out whatwas wrong so i downloaded winmugen agin and this had happened with winmugen that i have downloaded form diffrent sites i have never had this problem before untill this week, i dont know if its becouse of one of my chars or just my mugen i dont even get an error message just nothing happens at all it just sits there as a blank screen
if anyone can tell me how i can fix this problem or maybe if i just need to get another winmugen agin altogether would be greatly appreciated
please help

hey ya i have had this happen a couple of time but it never last what i would do i to save your stages and chars or anything that you could transfer to a new copy of win mugen. and then try it again. i believe you said you tried this but if thats the case try and take out a certain character you might have recently added .

Making MUGEN in full screen will take up a lot of computer data and speed and just will affect your MUGEN I guess. If you do fullscreen, try windowed =/
Otherwise, maybe tell us what your mugenw document in your main MUGEN folder directory says in the last few lines?
(Yeah, I know I reccomend this a lot, but it helps if you get an error so you can pin-point it exactly)

actually it is a windowed mugen and now its working all of a sudden but its slower than it should be for some odd reason i think maby i have 2 many char but ive never had it do this before ive ran a mugen on an way older computer with way more chars stages and witha full screen pack but i didnt have any music on it but i have music for this one but im not useing it just havent got around to writing in the songs so they play during fights or at the title screen for that matter and yet this one runns so slow maby the few stages i do have are like i dunno how to put like have to much resolution or sumthing
but so far i have bno idea becouse ive even tried taking all but about 6 of my char off my slect list and yet still dosent run right or it could be that i jus have too much running at one time or i ned to totally delete somethings off my computer but if thats the case wouldnt every thing else run just as slow i mean some of my programs dont run as fast as they used to but no that slow
and this speed problem really only occurs during fighting.
the select screen and everythang else seems un effected

just one internet window that really only has this forum open under it and my myspaceIM but i have it set to away so i get no messages while i am working on my mugen

Hm...I don't really know then other then screwed up characters or proccesses your making MUGEN run that have a lot of data

Even Kung FU Man and others are doin it its driving me mad cant figure out how ta fix it

What screenpack? if you have EVE it happens alot on that.

Actually i have the rival schools screen pack

but looks like myscreen pack was the problem after all
after i took most of my stages off accept the ones that came wit mugen
nothin happend
but when i switched the rival schools screen pack off it was workin better than ever but now i dont have a selection screen with enoghf slots
i motifed my system def file so that i have more rows and colums so that i have dnoghf to select all my chars from the select screen but still now thurs the problem that cant really see thier faces right at the fight screen it jus looks kind scrunched up and wired but i guess ill jus have to live wit it for now thanxz everbody for your input

I've got the same problem too.Maybe you should do the override in the DX.
