That. Which is a bit of a mess. I've had one of our users complaining about it to me.
I don't want to do anything about the thread, for one it's not really my section and i'm on the anti kong side and believe people should have SOMEWHERE they can post about the characters. The one in discussion has been consigned to page 5 or something as people feel a need to post in the existing thread.
Now, we could lock it, and have each thread for his characters stay locked after being bumped and updated. People might use mugen general to complain that way. Still has the problem of someone actually taking the time to do that even though they might not really care that much.
I'm unwilling to censor or warn anyone on this issue because in the end you look like a nazi mod to most people and it tends to snowball "i was edited, why! Mods are evil, guild is evil i shall spam and be annoying until i'm banned and then i'll come back complaining about being banned via proxy and so on" Which is pretty common and i don't think we should instigate it.
Does anyone have any decent suggestions that they'd be actually willing to implement, not just suggest and leave up to others?

We could start it over in a new thread, maybe people have got most of it out of their systems and won't make so much noise over each new char anymore.
I don't like the idea of locking all Kong threads on reaction, rather let people speak their minds like it is right now.

Maybe the solution is a kong bashing thread in Mugen discussion. Then if we have a new kong bashing post in the release we could just move it over and say don't do that here do it here instead.
This way people who want to find an update can do it easily and people who want to bash can have their own thread for it.
Or we could leave it alone. I mean it's not like he listens to feedback so people wanting to leave it are just wasting time and In my personal opinion people looking to download his stuff are also waisting there time. I mean whats the point in fixing something that is useless. But then again I'm sure there are people who like his stuff but they just have to be in the minority.

It's rather annoying to hear people complaining about Kong's thread. If they don't like it, then why can't they just stay the fuck out of the thread. For the sake of Kong's fans, it would be a shame to trash it.
