-Strong Style Catch - QCF+K - Sasuke sticks his burly chest out the parry an incoming attack. If he is successful, he then grabs his opponent and performs a move depending on what type of hit he countered. LP counters standing attacks, and HP counters jumping attacks. Low attacks can't be countered

-Spirit Boost - D,D,P - Sasuke strikes a strong pose that draws the admiration of the crowd and boosts his spirit. Afterwards, his next normal or special attack will get a 10% damage boost. Can be stacked 3 times for a total 30% damage boost.

Offense Drive - Sasuke Screwdriver - QCBx2+P - Sasuke grabs his opponent, hits several close forearm strikes, then jumps high into the air and drops his opponent with a huge spinning brainbuster

Defense Drive - Legendary Catch - QCFx2+K - Sasuke once again sticks out his chest to parry, but this time if successful, he follows up with several rolling german suplexes and finishes with a Burning Hammer

Maximum Over Drive - This is The Meaning of Fighting Spirit! - QCFx2+P - Sasuke taps into his years of experience, as well as his amazing resolve and fortitude, and temporarily boosts the strength of all of his attacks. During this period, all of his specials also become EX versions for free. After it wears off, Sasuke must rest for a second, which leaves him wide open for attack.

-Canadian Backbreaker - DP+P - An anti-air throw where Quavon catches his midair opponent and pulls them down into a backbreaker over his shoulder, followed by a forward toss.
  -EX Version adds a Death Valler Driver after the backbreaker

-Quavon Clutch - HCB+P - Quavon grabs his opponent and lifts them onto his shoulders and holds them for a follow-up. If he takes two long before he does a move or in between moves he toss the opponent away and they will land on their feet unharmed.

  -Death Valley Driver - HP during QC -Plants the opponent straight down with a DVD

-Maximum Over Drive - Iron Reign - QCFx2+P+K - Raises his fist in the air and forms Omnispheres in a horizontal line above the opponent, then he drops them straight down, causing a big full-screen eruption of energy. Can't be avoided or interrupted, can only be blocked high.

THE STORY OF LAST BOUT

In the very near future, an egotistical Russian public figure, Illian Fedorov, is a powerful and charismatic leader and billionaire who regularly funds and hosts a world-wide martial arts tournament called The Last Bout. The world thinks of him as an eccentric with political ambition but with no real chance of ever coming into power. Their underestimation of his appeal allows him to amass a vast private military consisting of both his fanatical followers and a large number of mercenaries for hire.

Illian's partner and right hand, a woman known only as Siege, has her own connections to the American government that put her in a unique position. She plays her cards close to the vest, but Illian knows what she is capable of and has formed an alliance with her. They begin to enact a complicated plan that will overthrow and unite both Russian and American governments. They call this plan Operation Cold Fusion.

Despite the clock ticking on their plan, unbeknownst to Siege, Illian decides to proceed with his plans for this year's Last Bout tournament. Illian thinks of himself as the most powerful fighter in the world and his ego can't resist an opportunity to prove it. This year, he carefully handpicks and personally invites each fighter to maximize his challenge since he doesn't expect to be able to hold the tournament again after he takes on the many responsibilities of a global despot.

Little does each of the invitees know that the Last Bout tournament won't just have a huge purse on the line this year, but in fact, the fate of the world.

Here are some preview images of the amazing screenpack that I commissioned from Mordecool. It's a WIP but I've been extremely happy with everything so far. The motif is that this is a big PPV-style event, a tournament being broadcast, so I sent him some images of UFC PPV graphics and presentation and he went from there. The screenpack he's making is for Mugen 1.1.

What code are you using to delay the attack though? I can obviously code a helper that matches your attacks, but what are you using to delay it?

So I know I've been here for a long time and should know this, but what is the best and/or easiest method of creating a super move where your character has clones that copy your attacks, but with a slight delay, like Yun and Yang's supers in SF3 or Zero's Sougenmu super in UMVC3? I'm working on a character and I want to give him a super where he has three clones/shadows that mimic your attacks but with a slight delay in each one, so like if you hit a HP, then each clone subsequently does the same HP so it hits 4 times, etc.

If a tutorial exists for this sort of thing, I'd love to be pointed toward it. I tried googling and searching for help first, but couldn't figure out how to word it to get the right search results.

Sean, I must say you're one of my favourite Mugen creators, if not my favourite. You always came up with these original characters and full games that add so much to Mugen. You deserve to be recognized even more. Your time and hard work are highly appreciated.

Hey thanks a lot, I really appreciate it. I know when I make original stuff and OCs that the audience for it is way smaller than the big characters or CvTW, but it's so much more satisfying for me and I love working on an animation and seeing it finished, get that serotonin going.

This is really amazing, both Bryce and the Tristan retouch. Keep up the fantastic work.

Also, I don't know if it's intentional or not, but Bryce does remind me of a mixture of Chinnen and Shintaro from Power Instinct for some reason.

Thanks, I really like the way the Tristan update turned out too so I'm glad someone digs it. As far as the Power Instinct stuff goes, not intentional but I see it. Most of his animations are coming from Kim, Dong Hwan and Jae Hoon.

Speaking of, here's me being incredibly economic with my sprites and creating two of his specials with the same 10 frames, lol


This is a forward moving attack that hits several times. Will have some flame FX in game

This is an anti-air kick with Dragon Punch-like hitboxes. Will also have flame FX

It's really not bad, and the music choices are very nice, although I really hate the clashing sprite styles with some of the characters. That was one of my main goals with this game was to make sure the sprites looked as uniform as possible, at least by Capcom's own standards (using CVS, CPS2 and CPS3 sprites with scaling). However, I think I may still contact him about using his versions of Jedah, Jotaru and maybe even Terry since they seem pretty solid for the system and I don't see a point in doing a bunch of the same work if I don't need to.

I finished updating Tristan's sprites via color separation, and I honestly think he looks great this way, with his gi now sort of becoming a combination gi/baseball jersey and the color of his pants going from black to a dark blue-jean color. I also updated some animations, check 'em out.

Bryce Lowe's sprites are underway. So far I've finished his stance, walk, crouch, jump, both turns, blocking, and all of his gethit sprites done. As of right now he's a punching bag. Having a truly shitty Christmas and hitting some very hard times so I'm trying to keep motivated. Here's a few animations.





Once he's done I'll probably go ahead and request a full-game section.
