I'm talking about the "Combination" issue that Staubhold mentioned 3 and a half years ago.
I still got the "old" Hale "R@CE" Caesar and tested it out of curiosity. He closed after doing the "Combination" special two times!
The fixed version from you is stabil, did´nt crashed MUGEN.
Nice job WBPA. 
May I ask what moves caused crashes too with the other chars. Have to test this out...

Uhh! Good ol´ Star Man.
Some feedback...
- Wrong command in the readme for Lift-Off Super Move. 6-Button version is done with D, DF, F, D, DF, F + Light Punch + Hard Punch, not Light Kick + Hard Kick
- Config option "Enable/Disable Pause Menu" is not working. I´ve set it to "Off", still pause button will bring up the move list.
- Use "Star_Man" with underscore in all your files. The space in the file names can screw MUGEN over (at least in MUGEN 1.0).

I would like to see a different .def for the alternate version.
IMO either name the alt. mode "Orange" or "Grey".
What about the wall jump? Will both version have it?
How about adding a new move - the Thunderclap? You could use it either as a normal special or a new level 3 super.

Clone UC will be generated and you can control only him.
I didn´t change anything in the config file. Base version after downloading and using standard size Urban Champion.def.

Had a weird idea for EX Poison Breath. How does making it so the opponent stands still for a few seconds so Raiden can get free Giant Bomb or a combo?
Nice idea. It´s very "wrestling" like, that a "Mist attack" (p.e. Great Muta or Tajiri) temporary blinds the opponent. Dizzy state with green overlay on p2?

Only "flaw" I could find is that SSJ3 taunt is silent. IMO this doesn't fit Gotenks style.
