So did anyone convert Dictator's Street Fighter Turbo Revival stage? I remember seeing it floating around for the engine but it could be a Mandela effect.

Awesome you got around to posting about it here :)

Having seen you work on this for a long time it's cool that awareness is getting around.  It's getting pretty great and the final result is going to be one to watch out for.

This is pretty nice. Hiccups I noticed off the bat are things like:

-the punch super not hitting with every attack regardless of meter level
-the first hit of the lvl one version of said super being unblockable
-his HK gun special not coming out and instead doing an animation of him walking backwards in place (assuming that's more an Alpha hiccup)

One suggestion I have is I think the gun special shouldn't knock the opponent over flying. Good reference would be something like Whip's gun special or for a MUGEN example that one KOF Leon which also has a pistol special. Also both the special and the Tommy Gun super really should be blockable as suggested.

I dled the updated version and now I can't access the movelist in cardquest. Also skipping intros during bonus stages causes the previous bug to crop up.

edit: who were you using and what did you get hit with?
Dunno about him but I was using normal Shredder and I was fighting Flash and Leo when that exact thing he mentioned happened to me. I think I was hit by one of Flash's projectiles while Leo got KOed.

Louisiana native here. As y'all probably know we're probably next to New York in terms of how bad it is. That said my Parish seems to be doing the best in regards to the stay-at-home order. Most your gonna see of people is in Walmart or the drive thru at Sonic. Otherwise it's pretty much dead.

Been locked in my apartment for a while but I do occasionally check in on my parents. My dad is fine being stuck at home atm but my mom worries me given she's working at said Walmart and they're not allowing anyone in her department to wear masks or gloves, despite that so far so good though the local hospital has a few cases.

Yeah I kinda have to agree. The power bars don't mesh well with the health bars due to the slopes.

I've been mulling over this subject for a good while and while warehouses/preservation are definitely more of a priority than they were back in the day I do know there's stuff that'll probably never get recovered considering this engine has been around for a dog's age. There's also things that were archived but for whatever reason it's an older version, with newer ones being gone. Was wondering what particularly famous examples are out there, since I'm just genuinely curious.

Keep in mind I mean actual publicly released stuff. No private junk or things of that nature.

Not really looking forward to anything since I'm not that active anymore, but in terms of things I would like to see:

  • Ahuron's Lin and Sakuraka's Chiho, while not as bad as I remember (in fact they're kinda decent if you take them as arranged versions of the characters) are really showing their age these days. Hopefully someone will get around to the task of more up-to-date versions of the characters, hopefully even ones that are accurate, though for some reason these two in particular are cursed since everyone interested in doing something with them never get around to it for reasons....
  • Been messing with Pullo's Bison dolls and given SFV kinda fleshed out a few of em, it'd be nice to have creative takes on those ladies like he did (not necessarily the same game play style since it can be a bit obnoxious). The conversions by the guy who made all of them didn't really impress me much given a few for the most part still played like Juli or Juni.

What version did you play on if you don't mind me asking. I played on PS3 and had practically no glitches after getting the patches during my run. From what I heard other versions (especially the Xbox) have it really bad.

I can vouch for those being pretty gewd. Incredibly happy that we've finally got a good Lord Zedd and Magna Defender, although those two in particular are getting harder to find....


Sometimes Walmart is good.


Also a pair of Friends that I didn't actually buy. I won them as prizes at a raffle during some get together I was invited to, also won a copy of Bloodstained with a code for the 8-bit version included.
