I'm going on record here and blaming Amidweiz for bringing back that cancer. You freaking jinxed the place, man.

It was only inevitable let's be honest here. The one thing about dizzies constant spergouts with blatant alts is that it reminds me when chrischan angrily edited his post on encyclopedia dramatica... which had the unintentional side effect of bringing more attention to him. That and miking said article funnier by ED standards. The difference however is that, chrischan eventually stopped trying to fight said article, (knowing that there wasn't much point) while dizzy doesn't think that constantly posting here won't have the side effect upon his existence, 4chan knows him, the FGC interested in Z2 knows him, soon enough his flagrant pepganess is gonna bite him hard in the ass when someone decides to dox him.

However their are tools at our disposal to make dizzy more accountable, a shotgun hits the barn more than a rifle I say. But yea to those people responding to dizzy, post a :bjupid: (since this forum is too ancient for the clown emoji) at his posts, report, either move on or laugh.

EDIT: for reddit, here's almost every single link that dizzy has done that violates rule one of their content policy

Spoiler: yep I looked through all of it (click to see content)

also as a reminder if I missed anything https://camas.github.io/reddit-search/#{%22author%22:%22dat-reddit-dud%22,%22resultSize%22:100}

bro stop wasting your time with this, theres nothign to hold him accountable for. everyone already knows hes deranged

i don't agree that posting links to characters to avoid clicks is a "demonization" of creators

this topic itself feels a little bit of a nonissue to me if we're talking about respecting user wishes- we currently have a website (MA) that not only bypasses any websites or videos, they download the character and rehost it regardless of the author's wishes and put it in a highly monetized warehouse. this method at least still allows you to get the characters from the source.

If a person wants to link their stuff through a yt video no skin off my back. It's no different than navigating confusing garbled up Japanese blogs.

At the same time though, like with that example other users should have the option of just sharing the direct link if someone requests it for whatever reason. I understand YouTube videos are a less confusing example than what I brought up, but it's happened a few times here with no issue up until now.
This is the stance I agree with but I think it shouldn't need to be prompted- people can post the link if they reasonably judge that its too obscured in other ancillary content. For me, that includes having to load a Youtube video. I have been on some shitty wifi in college, and I know why people want to avoid youtube if possible.

the cut content/technical limitations is a fair critique i think. really my problem with sor4 was that it eschewed some QOL features that would've pushed it from really great to near perfect, in the name of maintaining the old school style. but i don't feel like it fell short of being a true sequel, i feel like it'd have to have way more glaring flaws than just some limitations to warrant that criticism.

the arts really great, cant find any issues with it.

I don't think it will happen.
The graphics process is too long.
Either the game will be limited or it will take years to make it.

They already took the number "4" of SOR series and make a beautiful but limited game.
I would not want them to "kill" the "2" number for MOTW

How was SOR4 limited?

various colors and details have a way of clashing. they can be artfully incorporated by people like araki, or they can lean full into the absurdity like sylvie for their own unique feel. but in the case of shun ei, it just looks dumb when its meant to be taken seriously.

its not so much traditional student as it is "student if they were part of a persona-like anime game." it looks stupid. kollossonis argument that its "out of place" is dumb, but he does look stupid

good stuff walt, i hadn't even thought about the implications of the earlier character design- the series design has always been a reflection of fashion trends and thats heavily emphasized in the concept art.

just another reason sylvie is the GOAT

sylvie is one of the most exciting designs for a fighting game character in a long time. a fighting game character based on an established niche style of clothing. theres nothing "classy" about that KOF AS design, its literally the same generic blonde femme fatale you get in pretty much every fighting game on the market. sylvie was based on harajuku/j-pop style aesthetics. she's not random for the sake of it, its just the style.

while im on that tangent, mian is similarly a very cool design based on an existing cultural phenomena. xanadu is a little unappealing aesthetically, but at least he too is something different.

99% done.... Really dude?
There's no spritesheet for Zack, how is this such an issue for you? It's got its own gameplay system, thats obviously what he was referring to.

shun'ei is genuinely the worst designed character in the series, and i actually liked sylvie's design a lot. they couldn't decide between a dated visual kei look or just aping the latest trends from games like persona when they designed him. the rolled up pant leg, the stupid little headphones, the tie, the dumb hands that look like wings. he's like a bad joke when you put him next to the designs of most of the cast.

kyo's issues seem to come from the fact their 3D modeling team possibly dont know how to age him, he looks like a cross between a full grown adult and a young child. its not as bad as his mannequin look from XIV, but still pretty bad looking.

mais arms strongly remind me of the "wacky inflatable tube man" joke from family guy
