Hmm, I couldn't replicate the first glitch. Could you provide more info on this?
Also, here goes an update:
- Universal Jojo System change: Stand Strike (D, DF, F, c) now causes Stagnant to opponents.
- Universal Jojo System change: Stand Strike can be whiff-canceled from all non-Stand involved ground normals.
- Now uses Van's Buffer.
- More lenient input.
- Stand Gauge will be hidden when tagged out.
- Fixed a bug which doesn't let the match end.
- Fixed debug floods.
- Scales of Horror is no longer Stylish Cancelable on hit.
- No longer can throw by holding forward + Z.

I'm aware of that but it would help me more if either of you could give me the condition to trigger such behavior. That would give me some ideas where to look and fix. Right now I'm just extremely confused and can potentially hurt myself.

Note's taken. While most of these problems only occur to AIs, I will still release the fix for them around next week.

And I forgot.

Update:
- Universal Jojo System change: Stand Strike (D, DF, F, c) now causes Stagnant to opponents.
- Universal Jojo System change: Stand Strike can be whiff-canceled from all non-Stand involved ground normals.
- Stand Gauge will be hidden when tagged out.
- Dodge can be canceled from dashing.
- Added missing sounds to Return to Zero.
- Now uses Van's Buffer System.
- "Life… is born!" now hits more consistently.
- Fixed a glitch related to Stylish Cancel and Taunt.
- Fixed a glitch which makes Requiem able to be hit during the tranformation.
- Requiem Transformation now takes 140 frames instead of 150 frames.
- "Life, spring forth!" X and Y version now causes Stagnant to opponents.
- All normals are now air-blockable.
- Now uses fall custom state.
- All Stand normal attacks are no longer can be whiff-cancelable.
- Adjusted cancel timing of a certain attacks.
- Stand's Be Grown now launches opponents higher.

Anyone have the movelist for the new diavolo? I tried looking into the .def file and can't find it besides the counter. Also, all the moves are way harder to do now. I can barely do epitaph.

Moves should even be significantly easier to input and I have no trouble performing any moves at all. You might want to take a look on the movelist to make sure you have inputted correctly.

ok so:
- when i try to trigger the ferocious beast move, it sometimes just... it does nothing.
- the AI appears to be only using the cat scratch. (mostly)
those are the problems that i found, though.

- You just need to git gud input QCBx2 motion within 17f window and she will use the move just fine.
- She doesn't have AIs so if the default AI spams a move, it is outside of what I'm interested to fix.

Sorry for ask but are you already seen the little feedback i gave about Dio?

Huh? I checked my DIO thread but there is no feedback from you there. I guess you commented about DIO's problems somewhere else? Also, since I'm about to update DIO, I would love to receive some extra feedback to fix him before releasing the update.
