Wow, i love the re-work on the old stuff. Keep it comming my friend!
(I suggest you to put an eye on the SF2 Shotokan Clones)
I will only make Ken, Ryu, Akuma and Sheng Long. I think it's better this way to prioritize other characters from other classic games.
Sorry but there are already many shotokan chars in mugen.

The only ones I remember were
- The panty raid
- Spongebob watching the arousing TV program with the sea anemone
- Spongebob being drunk in the movie
- Patrick with a flag between his butt cheeks in the movie
- "Hey buddy, could you put that thing away? There are children here."
- The Texas episode that offended my late mother up to the point where I wasn't allowed to watch that episode
- All obvious bathroom humor

-Her Legs shading is Great, but her belt needs a lot of work!(i would remove it since is useless)
-Her head looks strange in a few sprites, try to use sage hapuia's non shaded example for her head and Rolento's old demo, if don't the closer counterpart for her head, which is cvs Maki and Mai and King
-Her shirt, Your old Blue Mary conversion had the right shading, use that as a reference
-Increase her scale a bit, hear Sabockee's tip about the scale, since KoF XII/XIII sprites looks the same as GG but with a extra palette color shading, take your time finding the right scale
-IT'S AWESOME!
-IT'S ORKY!
and i can't wait to see the final result!

Piccolo has a lot of range and speed, his attack power isn't as strong as the others though, he has a health rewarding system for combos.
Progress-
Piccolo is in phase 2 (Specials and supers) He'll be worked on after Gohan.
