Ok, this is a huge update. He should be far from the beta status. There are many updates so I will add those below the Download. He's pretty much finished, unless anyone finds more errors/bugs.

That hyper white FX at the end of each round has been deleted
Sonic Boom re-animated, new sprites as well
Hyper combo improved.
New BG effects for most supers, and hyper
4 new palettes added, colors have been corrected for all palettes.
Name changed again XP
clipboard effect added to Final Mission
