i just wanted to add some movement to Mukai's fairly static KoF2003 stance, then got a little carried away.

updated palette to resemble his brief appearance in KoF XIII's story mode stuff. wanted to animate breathing while his arms were up, too, but then reworking that light line effect for a moving torso? and a smoother, less lazy arm drop. eh.... another time, maybe.
