Why the fascination with chibi chars when there are better sprites HD or HR or if you are skilled use MMD to make a pseudo 3d char (has been done with awesome results) i am not joking i don´t understand the fascination with chibi chars in the past was understandable because lack of resources so you where limited to edits of similar looking chars normally chibi because pc resources where low in those times but in 2018 releasing something like this is some kind of mistake because.1.- Anyone with a pc that has 10 years is able to run mugen with HR or HD chars2.- There are tons of resources even pseudo 3d there is a guide online3.- You can use MMD to make sprites (i do that for my own private stuff)4.- It seems basic and empty and the colors blend each other so is hard to grasp if is a good image or not.
